<div style="text-align: left;">So I just completed my "first" day, using the below guide I used column three and proceeded through the levels. It wasn't bad untill I hit level 3 then I started to feel my arms going tired :), level 4 that much more tired in the arms. By the time i got to level five and went as far as I could go (15 push-ups) the life was drained out of my arms and it still kind of feels weird to lift them. And this would be a prime example of why I should have never stopped rock-climbing ^_^
